Most importantly, because I teach clients to make fitness fit into the lives they already lead. Research shows that the more things a person tries to change they less likely they are to succeed. I don’t want my clients to give up any part of their lives. It is far better to make their fitness practices fit into their lives…and succeed! Ideally, I teach my clients to make their current practices work for them. It’s amazing how much can be accomplished with small strategic changes.

I focus on improving my clients’ lives through improving their ability to move. The human body is an instrument of movement and many of our physical ailments can be tied directly to our lack of motion. Improving a client’s ability to move can increase their confidence in their ability to do many other things in their lives and improve their overall outlook on life. Establishing a solid, stable base is crucial to improving strength and wellness and I see it as my job to help clients do this.
